About us:
You'll represent two separate companies, each with its own offering: Capture Digital (capturedm.com) is a full-service digital marketing agency with CMO-level strategic capabilities. We've built AI-powered processes into everything we do, so clients get faster execution and stronger results than a traditional agency can deliver. Our services include marketing strategy and CMO-level leadership, paid media on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms, social media management, website design and development, landing pages, email marketing and automation, content, copywriting, video, branding and messaging, analytics and performance reporting, and visibility in both traditional and AI-driven search. Creator Blitz () is a full-service content creator sourcing and management company. We run the entire creator program so brands get a steady flow of content without managing it themselves. Our services include creator strategy and campaign planning, creator sourcing, vetting, and onboarding, UGC (user-generated content) for ads, social, and websites, influencer campaigns, creative briefs, content review and delivery management, and ongoing creator relationship management.
The role:
We're looking for a self-driven contract sales rep to bring in new clients for both companies. Our clients come from many industries, including consumer brands, professional services, financial services, healthcare, home services, B2B, and more. Some prospects will need one company, some will need both, and you'll be paid on every deal you close. You'll own the process from first conversation to signed agreement, with our team supporting strategy calls and delivery.
What you'll do:
- Find and book meetings with marketing leaders, founders, and owners at growing companies in any industry
- Run discovery calls to figure out whether Capture, Creator Blitz, or both are the right fit
- Work with our team on proposals and close retainer and project deals
- Keep an organized, up-to-date pipeline
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience selling agency services, marketing retainers, or other B2B services
- Comfort with outbound prospecting on LinkedIn, by email, and through your own network
- Ability to explain marketing and creator programs in plain business terms (we'll train you on the details)
Compensation Monthly stipend for the first 90 days, plus commission on collected revenue for the first 12 months of every client you close, for either company. Commissions typically range from $5,000 to $10,000+ per closed client, with no cap on earnings.
