Floors Galore is a flooring contractor with locations in Myrtle Beach, SC and Jacksonville, NC. Our customers include builders, homeowners, and general contractors in Coastal NC and SC.
The role:
We're hiring a relationship-driven sales leader to build our builder and multifamily business in the Grand Strand market. You'll own the full cycle: prospecting, bidding, closing, and managing accounts. That covers production and semi-custom homebuilders, multifamily developers, and property management groups, for both new construction and unit turns and renovations. This is a build-it role with a lot of autonomy and direct access to ownership. Strong preference for candidates who bring an existing book of business with builders, multifamily GCs, or property management companies in the Myrtle Beach / Horry County area.
What you'll do:
Build and grow relationships with homebuilders, multifamily developers, GCs, and property managers. Win spec-level and program pricing agreements with builders and developers. Prepare and present bids with support from our estimating and project management team. Develop recurring turn and renovation programs with apartment operators and management companies. Use the showroom for builder selections and homebuyer and design appointments. Coordinate with operations on scheduling and install quality so accounts stay won. Keep your pipeline and activity current in our CRM and report on it weekly.
What we're looking for:
3+ years of B2B sales in flooring, building products, or a related trade, selling to builders, GCs, or multifamily. An existing network in the Myrtle Beach market. A transferable book of business is a major plus. Working knowledge of flooring categories: LVP, carpet, tile, laminate, and hardwood. Comfort reading plans and understanding takeoffs and scopes. Self-directed and able to operate without daily oversight. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compensation
