About the role
Driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction, the full-time remote Director of Sales and Account Management will manage key airline customer relationships, develop market strategies, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer success.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales and account management strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives to influence strategic decisions
Lead upsell and cross-sell efforts while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications
Proven experience in sales strategy, account management, and client relationship management
Strong negotiation skills with a basic understanding of legal and financial aspects of contracts
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and initiatives
Technical proficiency in CRM tools and a data-driven decision-making mindset
Foundational to advanced knowledge of the travel technology industry, including relevant products and services
