Job Summary: The Front Office Manager will lead patient and operational strategies and is accountable for the efficient day-to-day front office activities across all clinics regarding patient registration and satisfaction, business, and financial matters. Duties/Responsibilities: Oversees the clinic Front Office Supervisors and provides support, coverage, and guidance with the overall management of all front office activities. Ensures compliance with all organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Demonstrates accountability for the financial integrity of the organization. Monitors trends on industry changes and effectively communicates changes to key stakeholders while providing continuous education to the front office teams. Collaborates with other departments to build and support cross-functional workflows to meet key performance indicators. Responsible for auditing patient registrations for accuracy and thoroughness. Monitors patient work queues for timely completion and trends. Completes data reporting as directed. Qualifications Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Excellent communication, listening, and conflict management skills. Thorough understanding of customer and management services and standards. Thorough understanding of medical front-office procedures, standards, and best practices. Basic understanding of business and management principles. Strong understanding of community needs Demonstrated experience in successful training techniques Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health or related field or 4 years related experience 4 years experience in customer service, patient access and registration, and or insurance and coverages knowledge. 2 years supervisory experience Other Requirements: New hires are required to pass pre-employment background check and drug testing (effective 11/1/2022). Current Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or must pass fingerprint clearance within 7 days Basic Life Support certification
