About the role
Momentive Technologies is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance within our fused quartz manufacturing facility in Strongsville, OH. The role requires hands-on leadership, planning, and coordination with the Maintenance Manager and Plant Leadership to ensure safe, reliable production operations.
Expect to manage maintenance work orders in SAP, conduct toolbox talks, train staff on JTAs and safety practices, and monitor department metrics.
