Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets. Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to address changes or delays. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, engineering, and logistics. Analyze production data and generate reports to support decision-making. Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of materials and equipment. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Recruit, train, and evaluate production staff performance. Resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production management, quality control, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficiency with production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
