About the role
- Prepare accurate and complete repair estimates using CCC ONEReview vehicle damage with customers and explain the repair process
- Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters as needed
- Manage supplements and update repair plans throughout the process
- Work closely with technicians to ensure proper repair execution
- Maintain organized documentation, photos, and repair files
- Oversee the repair process from intake through final delivery
- Prior experience as an Auto Body Estimator required
- Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and parts
- Proficiency with CCC ONE requiredROME experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a high-volume shop
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license

- High-volume operation averaging 250+ repair orders per month
- Consistent workflow supported by four dealership locations
- Office and shop are primarily staffed with long-tenured employees
- Clean, modern facility with established processes
