About the role

Gut Hochmoor, eine intensivpädagogische Einrichtung der Kaiserswerther Diakonie in Deutschland, sucht eine*n pädagogische*n Mitarbeiter*in. Die Stelle ist ab dem 01.10.2026 mit 25 Stunden/Woche unbefristet zu besetzen. Sie begleiten Kinder und Jugendliche intensivpädagogisch, gestalten ihren Alltag verlässlich und fördern soziale, emotionale sowie lebenspraktische Kompetenzen. Schichtdienst, Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit gehören dazu; eine einschlägige Qualifikation ist erforderlich.
