About the role
Production Assembler The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products, components, and parts according to work instructions and hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and report defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Meet daily production quotas and performance with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment as needed. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to read and follow written instructions and assembly diagrams.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable
attendance and strong work ethic.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing or warehouse setting.
May require standing for extended periods.
Exposure to moderate noise levels and varying temperatures depending on the facility.
