About the role

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an Area General Manager to lead coils and motor OEM manufacturing operations in Michigan. You will drive safety, quality and performance while delivering KPI targets across shop, field services, and new production. You will shape sales strategy, manage a P&L, develop a high-performing team, and embed IPS values through Servant Leadership. The role requires deep experience in rotating equipment, Lean/Six Sigma, and cross-functional leadership.
