Job Description: LG Kramer Flooring is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Materials Coordinator to manage flooring materials, inventory, and job preparation. This position ensures that materials are received, organized, and ready for installation on schedule.
Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and organize flooring materials and supplies. Prepare and stage materials for upcoming installations. Manage warehouse inventory and installer loadouts. Ensure materials are ready before scheduled installation dates. Coordinate material needs and schedules with Sales and Production. Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed. Communicate with vendors regarding orders, issues, and warranty claims. Process and track warranty claims when needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Load and unload materials for installers. Update job and material information using Floorzap, tablets, and other company systems. Set up, receive, organize, and monitor flooring samples and sample racks.
Requirements: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Able to manage multiple jobs and deadlines. Comfortable using tablets, inventory systems, email, and other technology. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Able to lift 50+ lbs and remain physically active throughout the workday. Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications: Warehouse or logistics experience. Flooring, construction, or building materials experience.
