Position ImpactThe Warehouse Assistant is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking, and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. They may use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move inventory, and may also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. A warehouse assistant will also be responsible for conducting inventory counts, documenting inventory movements, and preparing reports for management. They must have strong attention to detail, be able to work in a team environment, and have good communication and organizational skills.
