About the role

Manufacturing Associate We are seeking a dedicated and skilled manufacturing associate to join our fabrication team. This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-moving production environment where accuracy, teamwork, and pride in craftsmanship matter.

Shift: 6:30 to 3:30 Monday Thursday Friday 7:00am-11:00amPay: Starting at $20ph and will be based on weld test and interview results

What You'll Be Doing:

Load fabricated metal components for staging or outbound shipping
Use hand and power tools including: impact gun, chop saw, nail gun, standard shop tools used in fabrication environments
Accurately read and take measurements using a tape measure
Assist with general material handling, prepping, stacking, and securing loads
Work with the production and shipping teams to ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or warehouse environment preferred
Must be able to accurately read a tape measure
Comfortable using power tools in a production setting
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Able to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
