You'll join a small engineering team where you'll own meaningful product areas, work directly with financial specialists and report to the CTO.
The Opportunity:
You'll turn complex financial problems into software used across accounting, reporting, compliance and investor operations. This is a hands-on Staff role. You'll make architecture decisions, write production code and own projects from an early idea through to customers using them. The stack includes Python, Type Script, React, FastAPI, GraphQL, gRPC, AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform.
What You'll Do:
Own core product features from discovery through production Build backend services and customer-facing product experiences Develop AI agents and automation for complex financial workflows Integrate products with banking systems and payment providers Make architecture decisions across a broad technical stack Work directly with financial specialists to understand customer problems Set technical standards while staying hands-on with production code
What You'll Bring:
