About the role

Legacy Healthcare is seeking a Fleet Safety Manager to lead the safety program for its regional trucking operations. You will report to the President and build the safety system from the ground up, ensuring regulatory compliance and a culture of safety across the organization. Responsibilities include policy development, driver coaching, incident investigations, audits, and performance metric reviews. A Bachelor's in Safety is required with strong communication and detail orientation.
