Job Posting Position Highlights Develop and manage strategic business plans in collaboration with the General Manager to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new and existing clients; consistently prospect and replenish accounts. Design and present custom multimedia marketing campaigns using Radio, SEM, SEO, Display, and Social Media solutions. Conduct client needs assessments and account reviews to uncover key objectives and provide tailored solutions. Present compelling proposals, proof of performance, and ROI to drive client satisfaction and renewals. Coordinate with traffic and production teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns. Participate in community events and represent Forcht Broadcasting at local networking functions. Engage in ongoing professional development, including digital certification programs provided by the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB).
What We're Looking For: 2+ years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing. Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts independently. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skillsboth written and verbal. Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM tools. Knowledge of radio and digital marketing best practices preferred. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, broadcasting, or a related field is a plusbut not required. Willingness to travel regularly within the Central Kentucky region.
