Job Title Company Administrator / Team Dispatch – Training provided

Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and communicate with homeowners courteously and professionally. Schedule and report to team members. Enter data into the company CRM (Client Retention Management).Utilize Canva for customer outreach materials. Document services and complete reports. Invoice and collect payments.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of customer service and administrative experience. Type 40 words per minute. Ability to work independently in an office environment and arrive on time (8:00 AM).Capacity to document services and complete reports. Ability to navigate computer systems and apps. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Pass a background screening and drug test. A valid driver’s license. High school diploma or GED.A clean and kempt appearance. Desire to grow with the team.
