Concrete Pump Operator As a Concrete Pump Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining concrete pumps and related equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment operation, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Why work for GFT Ready Mix? Get paid weekly! Responsibilities:
Safely operate concrete pumps to deliver concrete to construction sites. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment, including minor repairs and troubleshooting. Coordinate with job site personnel to ensure proper placement and volume of concrete. Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times. Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and other crew members.
Requirements:
Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record. Experience operating concrete pumps or similar equipment is required. Strong knowledge of safety procedures and mechanical aptitude. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
