Presbyterian Medical Group seeks a Board Eligible / Board Certified Pediatric Surgeon PRN to join our established practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The provider will oversee and manage comprehensive care services for pediatric surgical patients, leading the care team in efficient and compassionate treatment. Responsibilities: Oversees and is accountable for the overall quality of care and clinical outcomes of pediatric surgical patients. Manages the physician/patient relationship, working to assure patient and family satisfaction with care. Participate in system-wide health management initiatives. Provide input into the practice site's financial, clinical, and service quality performance; budget; capital plan; and personnel issues. Assist in the development and implementation of clinical and service standards. Receive and resolve patient complaints. Participate in the recruitment and replacement of other providers. Consults with and advises other providers regarding optimal and cost-effective treatment of pediatric surgery patients.
