About the role

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Human Capital Manager with a strong HR background to support the DoD CIO’s Cyber Excepted Service operations within the DDI Practice Area. The role involves advising clients, overseeing deliverables, and crafting reports for clients and executives. Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in federal HR, staffing expertise, and a deep understanding of DoD personnel policies, with on-site work at client locations. A TS/SCI clearance and Master’s degree in HR are preferred.
