- VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
- Stock number
- Dealer IDMake, model, year, mileage, color, options
- Affix barcode/stock number stickers to each vehicle upon arrival
- Apply work order numbers and routing labels to vehicles
- Identify and flag "no key" vehicles
- Direct transporters to designated vehicle drop zones
- Inspect and report transport damage as required
- Provide proper sale identification windshield codes
- Data Protection & Vehicle Preparation
- Remove and clear all personal information from vehicles, including documents, saved contacts, and identifiable items
- Reset or remove navigation system data (addresses, history, Bluetooth pairings, etc.)Ensure compliance with company policies regarding customer data privacy and security
- Safety & Team Support
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by following all safety procedures and guidelines
- Support Safety Excellence initiatives and work with leadership on safety activities
- Assist with additional operational duties as assigned, including:
- Driving vehicles through auction lanes on sale days
- High School Diploma/GEDGenerally, less than 2 years' experience in a related field.
- Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required
- Basic computer skills required.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
- Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.
- Ability to lift 1-15 pounds.
- Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
