Duties Draft and negotiate EPC, O&M, procurement, and other construction-related contracts. Engage in transactions for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. Requirements 2 to 7+ years of experience in construction law. Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials and communication skills. Membership in the state bar of the office location is required. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Membership in the State Bar. Skills Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
