About the role
To support a growing team, the full-time Service Professional with FINRA Series 6 License will manage inbound client inquiries, resolve issues with professionalism, and educate policyholders on annuity products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Empathetically listen to clients' concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs
Manage a variety of inbound calls, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries
Develop in-depth knowledge of life and annuity products to advocate for policyholders effectively
Required qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
FINRA Series 6 license strongly preferred
1-3 years of customer service experience in life insurance, annuities, or financial services
Experience providing customer service in a contact center environment
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
