About the role
Managing annual customer renewals for small to medium-sized businesses, the full-time Renewal Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely contract renewals, address customer inquiries, and enhance customer satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Lead the renewal process with customers, ensuring contracts align with business goals and customer needs
Build and maintain trust with customers, proactively addressing concerns throughout the customer lifecycle
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including customer outreach and CRM maintenance
Required qualifications
Strong background in sales, customer success, or renewal management
Experience in contract negotiation and pricing discussions
Ability to navigate high-pressure situations with professionalism
Proficiency in managing multiple accounts and administrative tasks effectively
