About the role
OnSite Care provides healthcare solutions for some of Utah's greatest companies. We operate Family Practice clinics located at employer's worksites/corporate office/factory, etc. The OnSite care experience is a philosophy of providing service that is based on creating a positive experience at every opportunity, and therefore we have ditched the traditional-fee-for-service model. We value quality over quantity, and encourage our providers to spend time with their patients. Our mission is putting the care back in primary care through patient engagement and doing the right thing for the right reason. We work to drive healthcare innovation by improving health outcomes for employers and their most valuable asset - their people.
We currently operate a total of 16 family practice clinics in Utah and Arizona, with 14 clinics in Utah.
Culture
Our founder built OnSite Care Clinics with the idea that work should be challenging yet rewarding. We emphasize integrity, honesty, courtesy, teamwork, and partnerships. We embrace diversity and celebrate both individual and team success.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
