Location: North Houston

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary - 6 months
Position Overview: Our client is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls Respond to general inquiries and provide information as needed Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Maintain an organized and professional reception area Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and other administrative tasks Coordinate conference rooms and meeting schedules Communicate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and visitors Maintain accurate records and documentation Provide general administrative support to the office and team Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and personable demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Strong attention to detail and follow-through Professional appearance and positive attitude
