About the role

RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Clinical Director of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Jersey City Medical Center. This part-time leadership role (20 hours/week) blends clinical excellence with resident education and program development in an academic, multidisciplinary environment. You will supervise OMS residents in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care, lead didactic and hands-on training, and collaborate with program leadership to advance curriculum and patient care standards.
