Job Description: Full Steam Staffing is hiring a Shipping Lead to support operations during the busy pomegranate season in Buttonwillow, CA. The Shipping Lead will help oversee daily shipping activities, coordinate workflow, and ensure products are prepared and shipped accurately and efficiently. Job Title: Shipping Lead

Location: Buttonwillow, CA

Pay: $22.00/Hour

Shift: 2nd shift; 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (subject to change)bject to change)Season: Pomegranate Season

Responsibilities: Lead and support the shipping team during daily operations Coordinate shipping activities and help maintain an efficient workflow Ensure products are properly prepared, labeled, staged, and loaded for shipment Verify orders and shipping documentation for accuracy Communicate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments regarding shipping needs Monitor productivity, safety, and quality standards Assist with training and directing team members as needed Help resolve shipping issues and communicate any concerns to management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform other warehouse and shipping duties as assigned

Qualifications: Previous shipping, warehouse, or distribution experience required Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Must be reliable and able to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule Ability to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed during peak season Food distribution or agricultural/produce experience is a plus Apply today to join our team for pomegranate season!
