Job Description:
  • Salesforce Industries Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce Industries, specializing in Telecom solutions.
  • Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives, utilizing Salesforce Industries capabilities.
  • Telecom Domain Knowledge: Leverage extensive knowledge of the telecom industry to architect solutions that address specific functional requirements.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce Industries solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project life cycle.
  • Best Practices: Advocate for and implement best practices in Salesforce Industries solution architecture.
  • Specifically for SFI telecom.
  • Preferred Salesforce Industries Certification: Certified in Salesforce Industries with a focus on Telecom solutions.
  • Functional Expertise:
  • Strong functional understanding of key telecom processes, including but not limited to billing, customer experience, and network management.
