About the role

Ken’s Foods is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our Las Vegas manufacturing operation. You will guide people, processes, and systems from engineering and maintenance to packaging, warehousing, quality, sanitation, CI, and EHS. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and 10+ years in food manufacturing, with proven leadership across complex plant operations. Expect a salary range of $175k–$200k with a strong focus on safety and quality in a high-volume facility.
