About the role
- Lead development and execution of brand communications strategies that elevate creative quality and effectiveness
- Partner with regional and functional teams to drive alignment on communications frameworks, playbooks, and best practices
- Influence and guide creative processes across markets to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact
- Design and deliver internal communication plans that drive adoption of communication standards and marketing tools
- Collaborate with agency and creative partners to ensure communications deliver against strategic intent
- Partner with learning, capability, and creative teams to build scalable approaches that strengthen marketing execution
- Track engagement, adoption, and effectiveness of communications initiatives using data‑driven metrics
- Act as a thought leader on communications excellence, sharing insights, tools, and best practices across the organization
- Proven experience as a Senior Brand Manager or equivalent, with deep expertise in brand communications and creative execution
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complexity and communicate clear direction
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through collaboration rather than authority
- Experience working in global or multi‑market environments with comfort navigating diverse stakeholder needs
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple high‑profile initiatives in ambiguous or “blank‑slate” environments
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how communications drive brand equity and business performance
- Willingness to collaborate across time zones and travel periodically to support global partnerships
