Process Integration / Development Engineer Multiple U.S. Locations | Highly Competitive Compensation We’re seeking experienced semiconductor engineers for Process Integration and Process Development opportunities across multiple U.S. locations. These roles offer the opportunity to solve technical challenges, improve manufacturing processes, and support semiconductor technology development. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in process engineering, process integration, process development, device engineering, and yield improvement.
What You’ll Do: Develop, improve, and support semiconductor processes and technologies. Analyze data, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve performance, quality, and yield. Support process development, qualification, and manufacturing readiness. Contribute to technical projects aligned with your background and expertise. Specific responsibilities will vary by team, location, and area of specialization.
What You’ll Bring: 3+ years of relevant semiconductor engineering experience. Experience with one or more semiconductor manufacturing processes or technology platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. A hands-on approach to technical challenges and continuous improvement. Relevant experience may include CVD, PVD, thin films, etch, lithography, CMP, diffusion, implantation, FinFET, CMOS, or broader process integration and development.
