Job Duties: Navigate hospital systems remotely to investigate account status Request and obtain eligibility documentation of patient's coverage via web, phone calls or written requests Update accounts to appropriate status based on information found in the hospital system and account protocols Minimum Education Required
Required Education: High School Diploma
Preferred Experience: Medical office experience in registration and/or patient account systems.
