Company Overview: Twin Resources LLC is a partnering with a manufacturing company in Springfield, Ohio.
Position Overview: As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in managing our production team, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring that quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a proven track record of successfully leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the production process, including scheduling, monitoring, and ensuring timely completion of all production tasks. - Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet production targets and maximize efficiency. - Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs. - Ensure that all production processes are in compliance with safety and quality standards. - Train, mentor, and lead production team members to ensure a high level of performance and job satisfaction. - Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products. - Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review. - Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing environment. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving production targets. - Knowledge of production and inventory management systems. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
