About the role
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of Product Management experience managing the full product lifecycle.
Strong experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog prioritization.
Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) .
Knowledge of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
Experience delivering customer-facing products with measurable business impact.
Strong analytical skills with experience using product metrics, KPIs, SQL, or analytics tools for data-driven decisions.
Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering, UX, Security, Legal, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Business Identity Management.
Knowledge of PII Data Management, Master Data Management (MDM), and Identity Governance.
Background in security, privacy, or compliance-focused products.
Experience improving operational processes through automation and self-service capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business goals.
Lead the development and enhancement of identity management and customer authentication solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Security, Legal, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric products.
Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, business objectives, and data insights.
Monitor product performance, define KPIs, and leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Manage operational issues, production escalations, and implement long-term product enhancements.
Balance new feature development, platform improvements, and operational excellence.
Ensure products meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
Drive product innovation and deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.
