You will provide high-quality reference and research support to undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students through chat, text, phone, email, and virtual appointments. You will assist students with research questions, conduct one-on-one consultations, support webinars and instructional sessions, and help create an exceptional online library experience that promotes student
