This hybrid work opportunity requires residency, and work to be performed, within the State of Arizona.Purpose of the JobThe Traffic Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for requests submitted to the Creative Services team. This experienced professional assesses and processes requests and develops production schedules for a wide variety of projects, including print, digital, social media, events, video, and multichannel campaigns.The Traffic Specialist monitors and manages complex project schedules, identifies and resolves issues, and shifts assignments and schedules to keep timelines on track. This position requires strong decision-making and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to assign creative resources based on competencies, experience, and capacity.This role bridges communication between Account Managers and creative team members to support streamlined and successful projects. The Traffic Specialist translates business partner requests into actionable assignments, enabling the development of on-target creative work with optimal time and cost efficiency. Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills are required.Required QualificationsRequired Work ExperienceLevel 1:2 years of project management experience at an agency or within an in-house creative services organization.3 years of experience working with internal clients, particularly creative, media, and analytics teams, to align campaign strategies, traffic goals, and performance metrics.3 years of experience demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.2 years of experience using project management and workflow tools such as Workfront or a similar platform.2 years of experience adapting to and working on multiple initiatives and projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.Level 2:5 years of project management experience at an agency or within an in-house creative services organization.5 years of experience working with internal clients, particularly creative, media, and analytics teams, to align campaign strategies, traffic goals, and performance metrics.5 years of experience demonstrated exceptional organizational skills projects are ready for execution.Ensure graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers understand their assignments, and remove roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.Analyze marketing requests and ensure information is clear and complete for creative development.Collaborate with creative team members to estimate work effort and create production schedules, shifting work as needed.Negotiate timelines based on team workloads.Work with the Creative Services Manager to train Creative Services clients on processes and systems.Partner with the Creative Director and Creative Managers to establish methods for continuous process improvement.Build, troubleshoot, and improve reports, dashboards, workflows, and other tools within the project management system to increase efficiency.Work closely with Creative Services management to define, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that support the on-time and on-budget development and delivery of marketing materials.Level 2Performs job functions with considerable autonomy and completes all Level 1 responsibilities in addition to the following:Manage complex campaign projects and lead status meetings to review progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions.Serve as co-lead administrator for the Workfront project management system, updating and maintaining the system to support operational goals.Lead cross-functional efforts to align teams on process improvements.Coordinate with marketing, digital, and analytics teams to align creative efforts with strategic goals, including campaign planning, media strategy, and customer engagement.Encourage the adoption of artificial intelligence tools, including ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, to enhance creative output and operational efficiency.Develop and maintain process documentation to support consistent onboarding and client collaboration.Partner with the Creative Director and Creative Managers to drive continuous process improvement.Support career development through workshops, webinars, and feedback sessions focused on communication and leadership skills.Align traffic operations with broader marketing and creative strategies.Responsibilities for Both LevelsMaintain current knowledge of developments in technology-related industries.Adapt quickly to changes in business priorities or decisions and communicate changes effectively to all parties.Analyze marketing requests and ensure information is clear and complete for creative development.Collaborate with creative team members to estimate work effort and create production schedules, shifting work as needed.Participate in corporate quality programs.The position has an onsite expectation of 1 day per week and requires a full-time work schedule.
