The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead one or two of our most complex, high-value residential builds at a time. You will be a trusted partner to our clients and a mentor to our PROject Management team, making sure every detail, from budget and schedule to quality and communication, is handled with precision.
What You'll Do:
Lead large-scale luxury residential projects from planning through completion, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, and resources. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, building lasting relationships through consistent, transparent communication. Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, profitability tracking, and approval of major budget changes. Develop project strategies that align with client expectations and company goals, and guide risk management planning. Mentor and supervise PROject Managers, contribute to hiring decisions, and model the standards and work ethic expected at Cope Grand. Resolve escalated challenges, including schedule delays, client concerns, and construction issues, without compromising quality, timeline, or budget. Ensure every project meets Cope Grand standards for quality, safety, and communication, and help refine our processes over time. Champion Buildertrend and other project management systems across the team.
What You Bring:
10+ years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects. Proven track record building custom homes valued at $2 million and above. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Exceptional communication skills and poise working with discerning, high-net-worth clients. Experience leading and mentoring project management teams. Buildertrend or similar construction management software experience

Compensation & Benefits:
