Job Title: E-commerce Assistant We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team full time in New York City. This is an in person role supporting three swimwear brands across e-commerce, social media, customer service, and Shopify product setup. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fashion, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is excited to be hands on with both creative and operational work.
What You’ll Do: Manage social media posting across Tik Tok, Facebook, and Instagram for three brand websites Assist with basic content creation using an iPhone Support daily customer service emails for approximately 1 to 2 hours per day Help merchandise the websites by sorting products and applying tags Assist with creating products in Shopify, including writing product descriptions and uploading images Work closely with the team on day to day e-commerce needs and help keep projects organized and moving forward What We’re Looking For 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce, fashion, swimwear, or a related field Experience with Shopify strongly preferred Comfortable using Canva, Google Sheets, and Excel Strong writing skills and a good eye for product presentation Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast moving environment Motivated, detail oriented, and a team player Fashion or swimwear experience is a plus Role Details Full time In person in New York City 40 hours per week Salary Range- $21.65-$24.04 p/h based on experience Amerex Group does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
