Job Responsibilities: Develop marketing strategy & organizational direction Conduct market research to guide company leadership/decision making Develop strong working knowledge of company products Lead customer segmentation, campaign development, and go-to-market plan & roll-out Incorporate AI-enabled marketing tools Develop & maintain business alignment with the sales team & leadership Own go-to-market execution, from cradle to grave Measure key initiatives across the department and organizational impact Responsible for planning, budgeting, hiring, training, & managing resources Manage annual departmental budget Build brand awareness & positioning Partner with international marketing leaders Manage digital marketing, including social media & content marketing Manage & organize company conferences, trade shows, & major marketing events Manage marketing projects from cradle to grave Support sales & lead generation initiatives Other duties as necessary
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar – advanced degree preferred 10+ years of relevant marketing experience – experience in a leadership roleB2B experience with subscription-based clientele – medical device or other B2B industry experience Proven track record of leading marketing initiatives to completion Experience effectively running a marketing team & campaigns Experience developing & managing departmental budget Strong written & verbal communication skills Ability to influence executive leadership Experience in a regulated industry preferred
