About the role
- Managing all day-to-day field operations on custom home projects
- Supervising subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
- Maintaining project schedules and driving milestone completion
- Coordinating architects, designers, engineers, and consultants
- Conducting quality control inspections throughout construction
- Overseeing installation of high-end finishes and custom details
- Managing site logistics, deliveries, and material coordination
- Leading safety meetings and enforcing OSHA regulations
- Reviewing plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Identifying and resolving field issues proactively
- Maintaining daily reports and project documentation
- Coordinating inspections and certificate of occupancy requirements
- Supporting punch-list completion and project turnover
- The Successful Applicant
- The successful candidate will have:5+ years of Superintendent experience in residential construction
- Extensive experience building luxury custom homes
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
- Experience managing custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty finishes
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Experience working directly with homeowners, architects, and designers
- Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skillsOSHA 30 Certification preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
