What You'll Do: Oversee daily operations of multifamily construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to schedule and execute project tasks. Monitor progress, manage potential delays, and problem solve to keep projects on track. Review and verify work quality and safety compliance on-site. Report project status, issues, and risks to project managers and senior leadership. Enforce safety protocols and conduct site safety meetings. Manage on-site staff and subcontractors, providing guidance and supervision. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, permits, and regulations. Support client communication and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
Essential Skills & Experience: Extensive experience managing multifamily residential construction projects as a superintendent. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage on-site teams and subcontractors. Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Knowledge of safety protocols, OSHA standards, and construction regulations. Willingness to work on-site full-time in Miami, FL.
