Packout / Light Assembly Associate
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00/hour Hours: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Location: Twinsburg, OH Our client is seeking dependable and motivated Packout / Light Assembly Associates to join their manufacturing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing.
Responsibilities: Package and label finished products accurately Perform light assembly using glue adhesives, rivets, and other basic hand assembly techniques Inspect products for quality before packaging Follow work instructions and maintain a clean, organized work area Meet daily production and quality standards Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned Qualifications Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply training is provided Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Candidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $17.00
