General Manager – Hyatt Place 39th St. Times SquareLead our amazing Hyatt Place Times Square Team! Hyatt Place 39th St. Times Square is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Managerto lead hotel operations, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional guest and associate experience. The GM will oversee all aspects of the property, includingoperations, sales, revenue, guest satisfaction, staffing, maintenance, financial performance, and team development. This role will work closely with the Management Team to achieve operational excellence, maintain brand standards, protect hotel assets, and maximize profitability. 3+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager required Hyatt experience highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred Proven success managing hoteloperations, revenue, budgets, and P&LStrong leadership skills with experience recruiting, developing, and retaining teams Excellent guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience in ahigh-volume NYC or urban hotel environmentstrongly preferred Strong knowledge of labor and expense controls Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary: $225,000–$235,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire.
