NYPosition Overview: An established international financial services firm is seeking a Junior Executive Assistant to join its New York office. This is an opportunity for someone early in their career to learn from experienced Executive Assistants, gain exposure to financial services, and build a strong foundation in executive support. The role will begin with a focused set of responsibilities, with training and the opportunity to take on more over time. Prior banking experience is not required. The team is looking for someone bright, polished, and eager to contribute—someone who takes ownership of every assignment and follows through.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with calendars, meeting schedules, calls, and video conferences. Help coordinate travel, itineraries, and expense reporting as needed. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and meeting materials. Support meeting logistics and respond to administrative requests. Track follow-ups and help the team stay organized as priorities change. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications: Ideally 1–3 years of professional experience; relevant internships are also valued. Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates from all fields of study are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
