We're seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Receptionist to join a dynamic financial services firm in New York City. Responsibilities:
Answer and professionally direct incoming phone calls Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly, polished manner Organize and distribute inbound and outbound mail Provide general administrative and clerical support Assist with day-to-day office organization and other duties as needed Work collaboratively with the team to help create an efficient, welcoming office environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent relevant work experience Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA positive, professional, and friendly attitude Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a busy environmentA team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
