Pay Rate:
$59/hr Per Diem: None Completion Bonus: $150/month Pay Frequency: Weekly Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 5:00 PM | 40-50 Hours Per Week Additional Schedule Details: Opportunity to transition into a full-time EHS leadership role based on performance and business needs.

The EHS Manager will oversee environmental compliance programs while supporting plant safety initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing reporting requirements, coordinating audits and inspections, and partnering with operations leadership to drive continuous EHS improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 7+ Years of EHS Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, Automotive, or Similar Plant Environments
Demonstrated Experience with Environmental Regulatory Compliance in Manufacturing Facilities
Strong Working Knowledge of OSHA General Industry Standards (1910)
Experience with Environmental Reporting, Compliance Management, and Regulatory Recordkeeping
Experience Coordinating Contractors, Inspections, Compliance Calendars, Environmental Sampling, and Corrective Actions
Direct Experience with Several of the Following:
Title V Air Permitting & Emissions Compliance
Hazardous Waste / RCRA Compliance
Stormwater Programs & SWPPP Management
Wastewater Compliance Programs
Refrigerant / CFC / ODS Compliance
Environmental Sampling & Monitoring
Environmental Regulatory Reporting & Recordkeeping
Preferred Qualifications:
CSP, ASP, CHMM, OSHA 511, HAZWOPER, or Comparable EHS Credentials
Tire Manufacturing Experience
Automotive Manufacturing Experience
Industrial Environmental Compliance Leadership Experience
Air Quality & Emissions Compliance Experience
Multi-Permit Facility Management Experience
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage and track environmental compliance requirements, inspections, deadlines, and reporting obligations
Support Title V air compliance including emissions monitoring, GHG calculations, fuel usage tracking, CAM requirements, and control-device inspections
Maintain environmental compliance tracking spreadsheets, regulatory records, and supporting documentation
Oversee hazardous waste compliance programs including storage areas, inspections, shipment documentation, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate stormwater inspections, sampling, outfall monitoring, laboratory testing, and SWPPP compliance activities
Coordinate wastewater compliance activities including sampling, flow-meter calibration, data collection, and recordkeeping
Manage refrigerant, CFC, and ODS compliance programs including inventories, leak inspections, and service documentation
Coordinate environmental vendors, laboratories, contractors, maintenance personnel, and operations leadership
Support OSHA General Industry compliance and provide guidance to onsite safety personnel
Identify compliance deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are completed and documented
Prepare for environmental inspections, audits, and internal reviews
Maintain organized records supporting regulatory compliance and audit readiness
