What You’ll Do: Delivery & DrivingSafely operate a 26-ft box truck to deliver HVAC equipment and parts Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries to customers and job sites Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues promptly Maintain delivery paperwork (receipts, logs, confirmations) Represent the company professionally at every stop—customer relationships matter here Warehouse SupportPick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory Assist with loading/unloading trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly Safety & StandardsFollow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures Maintain clean, safe, and organized equipment and workspace Take ownership—if it’s in front of you, you handle it
