Automotive Sales Consultants Share Apply Full-time Up to $120,000.00 per year We are looking to fill two positions on our sales team. We are a mover and a shaker in the car business and our BUSINESS IS BOOMING!! We are a fast-paced store and need to fill these spots with clean-cut, reliable, self-driven, sales professionals. A strong work ethic is a must. Experience is a plus but not necessary. We'll train you! Our sales performers are earning from $29 to $62 per hour ($60,000 to $128,000 in annualized pay)! We offer a great pay plan with awesome performance bonuses. Our pay is competitive and merit-oriented. Main Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Representative: Greeting and assisting customers Product knowledge, act with integrity to answer customer questions and move the sale of automobiles forward. Prospect, follow-up, and contact potential customers Retail Sales Representative Job Description: We are looking for qualified retail sales representatives to provide our customers with outstanding service and make sure all their needs are met. A good job candidate is a person with strong communication skills who knows how to delight customers and make them feel welcome and respected. A positive and friendly attitude is a must, as well as the ability to efficiently and effectively handle potential customer complaints and refunds. A good retail sales representative must ensure that every customer leaves our store satisfied and wants to come back again. A qualified candidate must also have excellent product knowledge, and ensure that sales is high energy and fun! Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Representative: Greeting customers Helping customers find what they are looking for Introducing customers to vehicle options Informing customers about sales and promotions Upselling products when appropriate Answering questions about products or services Coordinating cross-departmentally for outstanding customer service Retail Sales Representative Job Requirements: Must be 18 years old or older. High school degree or equivalent Experience as a retail sales representative or similar role is a plus Familiarity with CRM platforms and Customer Follow-Up Strong communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Good organization skills Positive and friendly attitude Ability to successfully work in a team Stay teachable and open-minded.
