6 MonthsJOB DESCRIPTION The CSR supports the business goals of the NonMasterpiece and Manual team, providing service support for Client appointed agencies and internal Client partners. Policy changes are received via email requests. The team handles policies that are not system supported policies, which include renewals, quotes, new lines, and endorsements.
COMPETENCIES:
Work collaboratively with team members and business partners to provide quality experience for our agents Ability to work between the hours of 8am-5pm EST; in office Complete additional tasks and other projects/duties as assigned Ability to learn the basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and Client products (home, auto, valuable articles/collectibles, flood, etc.)Assume ownership and timeliness in handling agent requests in an efficient, accurate and professional manner Processes and triage a diverse amount of email requests Perform various job functions or projects as assigned by team specialist or supervisor. Possess a strong math aptitude Demonstrate strong problem solving, Critical thinking. Accountability, detailed, and quality focused. Aptitude to analyze complex business and workflow issues Excellent written communication skills Flexibility to prioritize assigned work to adhere to department service level expectations Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, balance multiple priorities and work independently. All the work is processed manually: from creating folders, to rating the policy on excel sheets, to creating pdf files Entry level Insurance job Opportunity to show skill sets for other possible opportunities with Client

4 people currentlyREQUIRED SKILLS: Knowledge of Microsoft Suite a plus (including Word-template use, Excel-data entry, PowerPoint-be able to view, no creation) a must Knowledge of Adobe (taking Excel and Word docs and creating pdf’s, transfer docs and save) a must Proficient in computer skills (turn on and off, be able to create folders, open up files and rename if needed), multi-application navigation and multi-tasking Professionalism, accountability and taking personal pride in the handling of new business quotes, policy change requests and inquiries from our valued agency partners Personal Lines General Insurance Knowledge a plus, but not required
